TECHNOLOGY
Master the eight main points to get you up and up.
1. relax
When many people are going uphill, they are always holding tight. It's a natural reaction, but it's not appropriate to ride up the hill. You should easily grasp your hands, so that you not only save energy, but also absorb vibrations, and you will not get out of control when you encounter obstacles or loose surfaces. You can handle and chin when index ─ ─ you hold too tight, chin bit too tight, shoulders and upper body usually will shrink to tight, will be hard to climb up the slope.
2. Tread on high speed.
If your teeth and legs are allowed, keep your feet up to about 70 RPM (above). It is heavier to pick up the low step, it will increase the heart rate, energy consumption, and it will feel more difficult. That way, when you really need the last push, you're running out of energy. Attention is focused on the pedal, consciously stepping on the circle, the whole circle on average pressure, each lap, step on the complete. Don't raise your heel when you step on it.
Alternate using different muscles.
If it is a long slope, the position of the buttocks on the seat can be changed back and forth: in the back, most of the muscles that use the buttocks, though less efficient, are more powerful. When you move forward, most use leg muscles. Think about it this way: when your upper body tilts about 45 degrees, most use your butt muscles, while your upper body is more upright, using your thigh muscles. The two exchange each other and have a chance to rest.
Change your breathing habits.
When you exhale, concentrate on letting your belly "drop" or deliberately "squeeze out" your belly, and exhale with a passive inhalation (as opposed to normal habits). This will improve the airflow so you won't lose your breath. The pain and tension of the climb often make the rider hold his breath, and make an uneven wheeze, which must be noticed and changed. But breathing can also help to stamp. Allow breathing and stampedes to synchronize (not necessarily one-to-one). In addition to the short slope and the extremely steep slope, the climbing should not only understand the power, but also pay attention to the rhythm.
5. Routing
When climbing a hill, especially rough terrain, the line is very important. You are less motivated to climb a hill, but every obstacle will drain you, so avoid the hard road. When climbing the slope, the eye is placed far and near two points. The distance is about six, seven and ten meters in front. Pay close attention to the current wheel, each passing through this point will pass three or four through the point, follow this route forward, all the way. This way you won't "suddenly" encounter a difficult road, unprepared.
6. Riding the outer bend.
Climbing in turn, your eyes will have two bend, bend within shorter but more steep, outside the bend is longer but more slowly, as far as possible by outside bend ride, although they are long, not bad.
7. Keep straight ahead as long as possible.
The left and right shuttle is a climb to the last resort. A slight shift, even if only for a time, will increase the forward impedance of six percent (the wheel), the three-degree turn, and the forward impedance increase to 30 percent. Try to stay straight ahead and ride mentally, physically comfortable.
Eight, visualisation
Look for a point on the road in front of five, six, fifteen, six meters, and imagine that there is a rope between that point and your bike that has been pulling you toward that point. It sounds silly, but it really helps you climb the slope.
